Effective Friday 1 March 2024 Corio Waste Management Pty Ltd will take over ownership of Whitford Liquid Waste. From this date, nothing will change for Whitford Liquid Waste customers, who will continue to receive the regularity and timeless standards they have come to expect.
Corio Waste CEO, Mathew Dickens says:
“Whitford Liquid Waste has been successful because of Richard and his son Jason’s entrepreneurial skills, their ability to develop strong long-term relationships with their customers and suppliers, maintain consistently high service standards and provide customers with flexibility, choice and value-added services. This acquisition expands our geographic reach into Ballarat and our capabilities as a diversified waste services business.”
Although Jason will no longer be involved in the day-to-day operations of the business post-acquisition, he will be available to help during the integration. The operations of the business will continue from Delacombe, and customers will be invoiced by Corio Waste Management Pty Ltd from 1 March 2024 onwards.
