Ken Dickens is the founder and Managing Director of Corio Waste Management, established in 1996. With over 40 years of experience, Ken has a distinguished career advising both public and private sector clients on complex, large-scale waste management infrastructure projects across Australia. He is currently overseeing the construction of a new tunnel composting facility in Bendigo, designed to process 20,000 tonnes per annum of FOGO from kerbside collections. Ken’s expertise spans strategic and commercial assessment, procurement, financial analysis, risk evaluation and mitigation, and mergers and acquisitions. He was recently appointed President of the Victorian Waste Management Association, the peak industry body in Victoria.
